RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE AND END USERS

Use of the Services; End User Responsibility. You will, and you will cause your End Users to, abide by and ensure compliance with, all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Use of the Services is void where prohibited. You are responsible for your and your End Users’ access to and use of the Services and Software. You are responsible for the activities of all your End Users, including ensuring that all End Users will comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any applicable Meetbucket policies. You acknowledge that you remain liable for the acts and omissions of any third party that you allow, enable, or otherwise provide access to the Services or Software, whether or not such access was expressly permitted by Meetbucket. You acknowledge that you reasonable for your own recording and storage, Meebucket do not restore any meeting recorded, you acknowledge that you will record all your meeting and save into your own drive or storage. after each meeting all meeting records are note stored in our database it all gone.

You acknowledge that Meetbucket will not responsible for any loss or damaged (financial, data or any confidential activities of using Meetbucket services).

Violations by End Users or Third Parties. Meetbucket assumes no responsibility or liability for violations of this Agreement by End Users or any other third party that you allow, direct, or enable to access the Services or Software. If you become aware of any violation of this Agreement in connection with use of the Services or Software by any person, you must contact us by going to main page use the contact us form.

Liability for Content and Data. Under no circumstances Meetbucket will not liable for any data or other content viewed while using the Services, including any errors or omissions in any such data or other content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial of access to any data or other content. Meetbucket also do not hold or download any of your recording meeting data. It can be done by you to start recordings during your own meeting session and it will be download automatically into your own local downloaded folder drive as soon as you click recording stop.

Customer Responsibilities (Hosts and participants). You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations pertaining to the Customer Content, including Laws requiring you to obtain the consent of a third party to use, license or generate Customer Content and to provide appropriate notices of third party rights. We (Meetbucket) may delete any Customer Content, at any time without notice to you if Meetbucket becomes aware that it violates any provision of this Agreement or any applicable Laws. You retain all ownership rights in your Customer Content subject to any license or other rights granted herein.

Meeting recording. You acknowledge and agree Meetbucket do not hold or downloads any of your meeting recording in our database, you can record any meeting as your own used and load it into your own local drive.  You as the host is solely responsible for to inform your participants getting proper legal consent from before recording or inform all your participants to leave the room if they do not want (wish) to be in or on the recording and inform your participants before you are going to record the meeting.

Individual or Liability. You are feel free to leave the meeting room if you do not want (wish) to be in the meeting recording, and turn of your camera and microphone. Meetbucket is do not responsible for any meeting recording or records that bleached or go public.

All users including ( the host and participants) You acknowledge and agree that you or as the end users using of Meetbucket services you can not files any law sue against Meetbucket, or the owner of Meetbucket at all in any events. You are responsible for your and your End Users’ access to use Meetbucket services.

Eligibility. You affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement and to use the Services and Software. You affirm that you are otherwise fully able and competent to enter into and abide by the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement. Your access may be terminated without warning if it comes to our attention that you are under the legal age to enter into this Agreement or are otherwise ineligible to enter into this Agreement or to use the Services and Software.

Restrictions on Use by Children. Meetbucket is not intended for use by individuals under the age of sixteen (18) years old. You must be 18 or older to register to useMeetbucket services.

Other Changes. You agree that Meetbucket may modify, delete, and make additions to its guides, statements, policies, and notices, with or without notice to you, and for similar guides, statements, policies, and notices applicable to your use of the Services by posting an updated version on the applicable webpage. In most instances, Meetbucket is not keeping any of your logs and meeting records. You agreed to use legit email address to subscribe to these webpages using an authorized email in order to receive certain updates (password recovery, to policies, term and notices. Change Notifications. It is your responsibility to keep your email address up to date for any notices that Meetbucket may send to you from time to time and to regularly review Meetbucket Agreement and Term of services and Privacy Right.

Court or laws. Agreement by End Users, you agree that using Meetbucket is as your own risk, you (can't not) use meeting for any pornography, sex, and in any reason have 0 power to sue Meetbucket.com and staffs. you can delete your own account in the member area at any time.
